Before Santa arrives on the Riverfront, children and their families are invited to stop by the Library anytime between 8:30am – 10:00am to have a treat of donuts and cocoa. In addition, we will be helping the elves prepare for Old St. Nick’s arrival by making noise makers to WELCOME him to Chester.
