DVD MOVIES AT THE LIBRARY: Did you know that Chester Public Library has over 800 movie DVD’s? Every DVD movie has a 3 day lending period with 2 movies per household limit for all library patrons. To avoid damage to any DVD’s, we appreciate if patrons return them to the librarian’s desk during regular library hours instead of placing them in the outdoor book drop off.
